When I was asked about becoming a coach, of course I was hesitant. I thought to myself, I am just a regular person I do not know how I could help coach someone else. Then I started reading all of the comments in my challenge group and realized I had already helped motivate people to complete their workouts and continue on this healthier lifestyle. It took me sitting down and really thinking about what is important and then it was easy. Already in my daily life I help my patients to improve their lives and achieve their goals so why not my fellow friends? So I took the plunge, became a coach and have been doing research as to how I can better help others improve their health, fitness and life.

Becoming a Beachbody coach is not a daunting, overwhelming responsibility. Some of the people in our team make a six figure living out of being a coach. Others just do it to get the discount on the products they love. Beachbody gives people diverse options as to how they would like to grow their business.  When you sign up to be a coach, you can slowly grow your business and do it part time or you can dive in and make it your career. There is only a small fee to become a coach but that also provides you with a discount on all the products you already love. Beachbody provides you with an account on their website and you do not even have to handle the products, they do it for you!

Beachbody is all about health, fitness and helping others. Fitness and helping others are two areas I already love and do daily. Getting excited about health was something I struggled with but because of Beachbody I now enjoy healthier eating but still enjoy things I like to eat but in much smaller moderation. Beachbody is not just a company, Beachbody provides you with the accountability you need to maintain your goals, a team of uplifting and motivating people who can help you succeed and the ability to be your own boss.  Beachbody also rewards you for how well you do. They constantly have prices and giveaways when you hit success club and much more.
