All Recipes-Is just that. It's a website full of recipes but that has a healthy recipe section with daily recipes to help adjust your lifestyle without cutting out all the foods you enjoy.

Great List is a website that has healthy recipe substitutions that enable you to eat healthier but still use some of your favorite recipes at home.

A Smartphone app and website that lets you browse and search a variety of foods. They not only given nutritional facts but give ratings so you can see the products you are eating and find better options

 

SHOPWELL: http://www.shopwell.com/mobileapp

Takes Fooducate one step further and customizes a food's score based on your own diet and food preference. This app shows you the Nutrition Label and uses color-coding to highlight the details that affect your diet and interests, such as sodium or fiber.

Tracking central for anyone that likes to track their life on their app. Among its trackers: blood pressure, food journal, exercise routine, medication, menstrual cycle, mood, pregnancy, diabetes, sleep, symptoms and sexual activity. Yes is tracks everything!

This app contains over 250 restaurants and over 60,00 food items because let's face it-we like to eat out and when we do we are more likely to make poor choices.
