I love working out and I love a challenge! Here are some quick additions to add while you're lying around watching TV or just need to amp up your workout a bit!

AB CHALLENGE

50 Crunches

15 push ups

1 minute plank

30 second side plank

1 minute bridge

15 push ups

1 minute plank

30 second side plank

50 crunches

1 minute raised plank

2 minute bridge

50 crunches

LEG CHALLENGE

Jumping jacks x30 seconds

High knees x30 seconds

Squats x15

Reverse lunges x20 each side

Plie squats x15

Calf raises x10

Side lunges x15 each side

Mountain climbers x60 seconds

Split squats x10 each side

Walking lunges x10 each side

Spider man x60 seconds

Do 2-3 times

INNER THIGH CHALLENGE

10 side lunges each

15 plie squats

20 sideways scissors

10 clamshells each side

20 inner thigh lifts each

30 sideways scissors

10 pilates frog kicks

10 side lunges each
