Mondays are rough. No one wants to wake up early after a nice weekend to work out and head to work. What I learned was when I started doing my workouts in the morning I was more alert and had a better attitude walking into work. By the time I finished my workout, my morning crabbiness was gone and I was ready to conquer the day. If you lack the motivation to incorporate your workout into your busy schedule try these tips.
