Workout Wednesday: Quick Fitness Challenges to Amp Up Your Results

Nothing like a good challenge to push yourself, here are a couple of my favorite challenges I throw into my fitness programs!
Core challenge:
50 crunches, 15 push ups, 1 minute plank, 30 second side plank, 1 minute bridge, 15 push ups, 1 minute plank, 30 second side plank, 50 crunches, 1 minute raised plank, 2 minute bridge, 50 crunches
Morning Start Your Day Off Right Challenge:
Do this 3 times: 10 push ups, 20 sit ups, 25 squats, 20 lunges (10 each leg), 80 jumping jacks, 60 second wall sit
Tight Buns Challenge:
Do this 3 times: 50 squats, 30 walking lunges, 20 jump squats, 30 side lunges, 50 bridges
50/50 Circuit:
Do this 3 times: 50 jumping jacks, 10 pushups, 20 squats, 20 bicycle crunches <1 minute break> 50 high knees, 15 oblique V ups R, 20 squat jumps, 15 oblique V ups L <1 minute break> 50 mountain climbers, 15 foward lunges, 20 plank knee crosses, 15 reverse lunges <1 minute break>
