Happy Wednesday everyone! I know Wednesday's are my most difficult day, I am starting to get tired, already counting down until the weekend and just ready for a break. For me to keep pushing forward I find a way to get up and challenge myself.

As much as I love working out I know how frustrated I get with plateaus. This is when I get bored, try to slack instead of pushing foward and making adjustments to my routine.
