5 Quick Ways to Improve Your Life and Create the Life YOU Want to Live

1. Do more of what makes you happy-stop doing things because that is what everyone else is doing. Start going to activities you enjoy and stop worrying about who will go with you

2. Volunteer- help others who are in need. Too often we think our life is terrible when in all actuality we are really blessed. Start simple and pay it forward. You would be surprised how quickly it can spread

3. Break bad habits- Start by being more self aware of your actions. Step back and realize when you are making poor decisions whether it be when you go out you drink or you binge eat at night from boredom.

4. Counteract the negative- Do you find that those you spend your time with are spreading negativity and then you join in? Stop it in the act. When someone starts to complain about another, do not join in. Take a positive spin on the situation and change the subject. Lessening the negativity will greatly improve your life

5. Get up and get moving- Research proves that 30 minutes of daily activity has many benefits not only in terms of physical health but also mental health. Start by walking, or jogging, go to a class. Start doing things to improve your health which in returns has huge gains for your life.
