Motivational Monday: Take Time to Read

Happy Monday everyone! I have been moving and getting settled into my new assignment so I have been offline. In the mean time, I have been reading more.
By far, my favorite book I have been reading lately has been "You Are a Badass: How to Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life by Jen Sincero." She takes a blunt point of view to attacking your life and improving your self worth. She breaks her book down into 27 small chapters with inspiring and hilarious stories that really enable you to understand and apply her methods. I keep a highlighter with me at all times reading this book.
My second favorite book I have read was "The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy." Darren explains very plain and simply that your destiny is shaped by your decisions. Those little everyday decisions that will take you closer towards the life you want or send you down the road to disaster. He breaks this book down to an easy to follow system that you can immediately implement in your life.
Another book for those who procrastinate and need to improve their abilities for task completion should read " Eat That Frog- by Brian Tracy." He provides the best and most effective ways to accomplish more and get the most out of your day. This version has been updated and has the most beneficial information to date.
My next book I will be reading is called "Entreleadership by Dave Ramsey." This book is meant to help those you want to succeed in their life. It is about how to build a team, with a step by step guide on how to implement meaningful changes meant for workers and entrepreneurs who want to become leaders.
Sometimes it takes us to slow down, be in the moment and really understand what we need in our lives to improve the quality. I highly recommend any of these titles to improve your daily motivation towards achieving the best life possible.
