Motivational Monday: What is a challenge group?

Hey everyone! I know I talk a lot about my health and fitness support/challenge groups. For some people they don't understand what they get or what does this entail? So I thought I would take motivational Monday to share what I do in my groups

1. What is this group?

A challenge group is a secret forum for people who are ready to get results and commit to their goals. In this group, I provide meal plans, recipes, motivation, accountability and health and fitness tips to help you achieve this goal.

2. What program do I have to follow?

Everyone gets a specific program that I help you get set up with. This is done by talking to you about your personal health and fitness goals. Then we talk about where you struggle, what you need and what you want for yourself. We focus on the overall package, health and nutrition.

3. Do I have to be online at a certain time?

NO! This group works for anyone. So you have access to my group 24/7 which means no matter what your schedule is you get the accountability you need from a team of coaches providing you with daily motivation.

4. Do I have to be in a certain area to participate?

NO! My groups have people from all over the USA and Canada. It is an online open forum so no matter the time zone you are in this group will be there for you!

5. How do I get results?

With our plans, we give you a workout schedule, meal plan, Shakeology and tips to help you achieve your goals. We give you every tool you need, you just have to do it. We take the guesswork out of what workout and when, what to eat and why. What to avoid and when are you able to have more variety. We cover everything.

6. What can I expect from you as my coach?

I am here to motivate you, to guide you along the way. I cannot make you do it but I will give you every tool to succeed. I have been in your shoes, I was a challenger first. I was lost, needing motivation and help. I remember what it felt to be vulnerable, to take a leap and try something new. Because of how awesome my first group was, I became a coach to pay it forward.

7. What happens if I fail? If I have a bad day?

That is okay! We all have them! I was eating gummy bears one day after a really bad day. We know you are human but we also know you have goals to achieve. So! If you have a bad day, we help you get back on the wagon and keep pushing forward. We willteach you how to avoid emotional and binge eating.
